As an experienced speaker, writer, nutrition expert, and media consultant, Dr. Supreet translates current scientific evidence into practical lifestyle advice to educate and motivate clients of all ages to reach their health and fitness goals. Dr. Supreet has extensive experience in medical nutrition therapy and holds a degree in Physical Therapy and Masters in Nutrition Therapy from a prestigious university in USA. She facilitates ongoing communication with the client’s healthcare team and provides the referring physician with progress notes and recommendations.

Dr. Supreet values and strives towards healthy living in her personal life. She is a certified Yoga instructor from The Yoga Institute (Mumbai), the oldest Yoga center in the world (100yrs old). Along with being an accomplished dancer in various dance forms such as Jazz, Contemporary, Classical and Salsa, she is a level 9 certified Belly dancer. Apart from being a nature lover she enjoys walking on the beach, pilates, cycling, she spends much time in her kitchen cooking with fresh, wholesome foods……………

My Personal health Journey:

Years ago, I thought the answer to getting slim was all about calories in/calories out, and I used to spend an incredible amount of time focusing on what and how much should one eat. I would try to limit portions, only eat “healthy foods,” and exercise daily. At that time I was studying physiotherapy and getting to learn a bit about scientific knowledge about human body and its functions. Yoga and dance have been a part of my life from a very early age of 5yrs along with various sporting activities in school and college. So there were days when we would be at rehearsals or practice for 8-10 hours and the next day for the final performance or game I would feel exhausted. I would try to eat less to stay thin but end up eating much more. We tried all diets from Atkins, General motor diet etc. It was impossible to strike a balance forget the side effects! From Trying to maintain an ideal weight, a sound mind, strong bones and muscles to understanding the difference between THIN and HEALTHY and repercussions of unhealthy lifestyle leading to development of various metabolic diseases like PCOD, diabetes, thyroid & cancer. It was only much later in my Masters of Science in Nutrition and Human performance (USA) that I began to put the dots together and break the code of being healthy and Super fit.

That’s when Super Fit was born.

Since then we have helped thousands of people across the globe to become physically healthy; mentally free from strict diets & exercise regimes; socially and interpersonally have a great relationships; therefore be in complete harmony with their own body and environment.
